• Understanding of building large scale AI such as generative AI models, large vision/language models, and multi-modal AI models for problems related to segmentation, detection, quantification, measurements, classification, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Python, good programming, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Modular Object Oriented Python Coding
• Staying current on published state-of-the-art algorithms and competing technologies.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, Text annotation, and Information Extraction. Well-versed with fine-tuning Large Language Models.
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Keras, HuggingFace, Vector databases, PyTorch, Tensorflow etc.
• Experience working with large scale AI training.
• An in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and modeling (e.g., semi-supervised or weakly supervised learning, generative models, transfer learning, optimization, large language models, etc.)
• Great attention to detail Organizational skills with distinctive problem-solving, an analytical mind, and a proactive nature.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and presentation skills.
