  • Hands on experience in configuring & customizing Health Cloud
  • Good knowledge of Payor Services  – Member Onboarding, Claims Processing
  • Provider & Broker business processes / functional overview
  • Salesforce Service Cloud – Omni Channel
  • Case Management – CTI, Service Console, etc
